Look who turned 2!!!

Life seems to pass me by allot these days! My son celebrated his 2nd birthday on the 22nd and I am not just posting about it! We , once again, went to his favorite hang out, Chuckie Cheeses! He had a blast. We hung out with family, played tons of games, ate lots of yummy pizza, and ate the best cupcakes made with love by my sis Penny.

I cant believe my little man is 2. He has grown so much this past year. He is talking so much. I cant wait to see what the next few months will bring! We have fun playing. And he loves his "sissy". We are so blessed. Will bought Willie a basket ball hoop. Man oh Man he loves it!

Well most of you know Jackie had her tonsils and adenoids taken out yesterday. It has been a long journey for us all! With a lot of prayer, will and I knew this was the best decision for her. We had to be at the sx center at 630 am.. so needless to say we were all tired. My parents surprised Jackie rose by being there at the center when we got there. That really meant a lot to her and put a big smile on her face! By the time we filled out paper work, got her checked in, dressed and ready for sx it was 715. And then it happened , before I knew it, I was walking my baby down a long hallway to her sx room. I put her little body on this big white table. Held her hand, then they put this little mask over her nose and mouth. Before I knew it my sweet little girl was off to dream land. Then they kicked me out and back to the waiting room I went! SHESH. I wasn’t ready to let go of that little hand. All of a sudden my heart was pounding, I just wanted to grab her and run out of there. But thankfully God was telling me, it was going to be ok… and sure enough all was well. The sx was scheduled for 45 mins, but only 20 mins later they came out to tell me all went well. Man I was freaked out. Thinking he went to fast , what if they couldn’t do it. once again I was going crazy. But the doctor came out. Said they were gross and ready to come out, but that he also found she has a bad sinus infection. So on top of all that pain, she has even more pain. My poor baby. We went to the recovery room where she came out on a stretcher. She woke up and jumped into my arms. I held her for awhile while she slept. But then other peoples kids were coming out and those kids wouldn’t stop crying. Brats! So they woke Jackie up. That girl was up from that moment on till I made her finally go to sleep at 1 pm. I couldn’t believe it! yesterday she was pretty good. still loaded w/ all the drugs. But this morning at 5 am, she came crying. Saying her throat hurt. That she couldn’t swallow. It was so sad. I drugged her up and tried to get her to sleep but , no luck. In fact we are still up. I guess the Tylenol w/ codeine keeps her wired. Tons of ice cream , popsicles, pudding, and applesauce later she feels better. We have played a few board games, read tons of books, and now I am trying to get her to relax in bed. Which is what the doctor ordered! Thanks for all of your prayers. Please keep them coming. Jackie will be in pain for the couple of days…. It’s so sad. FAREWELL MY DEAR FRIEND.....



My friend, I had work with for years when I worked in food service, was struck and killed by a car early Saturday morning. She was only 52 years old, had a loving husband, two children, and grandchildren. I am still in sock. I can not believe she is gone.

It is so true, we never know the day nor the hour God will call us home. I am reminded through this tragedy to appreciate the family and friends I have. To appreciate the time we have left on this earth. So many time I get overwhelmed over petty things,,,, but now,,, no longer.

Barb, may God embrace you. I will cherish all of our memories. My family will miss you dearly. Heaven has a one of a kind angel.... we love you.

Today my sweet boy turns 2. I can not believe how time has flown on by. He is talking so much these days. My favorite is when he is MOM, I'M Happy... it sounds so cute to hear his little voice! To celebrate will are talking him to his favorite place,,, chuckie cheeses! What a year of change this has been. On the 9Th, it marked a year from his first seizure. But thankfully , since we have gotten it under control, he has only had 2 . They say he will grow out it by 5 or 6 , and for that I am grateful. My boy is so tall, runs around like a wild man, and loves so deeply! I love you baby boy! It has been a pleasure having you in my life. Even when you are "ON" all day long! You are blessing to our family! Happy 2ND Birthday sweetie!

ANYTHING FOR MY PRINCESS!!!

We had Jackie's special day celebration at the House of Bounce! Jackie was counting the days down till we got to play with her friends! We all had a blast. Not sure who had more fun, the kids , all 29 of them,,,, yes i said 29,,, or the parents! It was so much fun! Jackie had a blast, and we even had a sleep over with her bestest buddy, Lily, that same night. Boy were we tired! Church rolled around before we new it! Any who, we partied hard, and my sweet baby had the time of her life! Which is all her daddy and I wanted! Willie had a blast too. Boy that boy has some energy. I think he could have went all night long!

Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl!

It was just yesterday I held my sweet baby girl in my arms. Time is flying by to fast for me. Before I knew it, my baby was celebrating her 5th birthday! UHHHH, happy birthday baby girl! Its been a joy to be your mommy! You make me want to be a better person! I am so blessed, and I thank God for allowing daddy and I to have such a wonderful sweet girl in our life. I cant wait to see what this year will bring! You are so smart, and have learned so much in kindergarten! UHHH, your the best! You are our Rockstar!!!
