Baby Willie is Born!




Well the morning came it was finally time to head to the hospital to have baby Willie! I thought that they may cancel the induction due to the fact it had snowed and iced over the night before. I called the hospital only for them to tell me come on in! We get to the hospital and sign in at the labor and delivery desk. I heard some lady screaming bloody murder and thought out loud that maybe we can just go home and wait for Willie to come on his own! (that lady must have said NO to drugs,, crazy!) So they get me settled in my room and check me , I was four centimeters already. The doctor left the room, and I started my own labor. Long story short the contractions were strong from the get go. They examined me again and "thought" I was at 10, so we started pushing. Only for the midwife to say I don't see his head and she checked me and sure enough I was only 9 centimeters. So an hour later I was at 10 and the game was on!! Willie came out in about 10 pushes,, thank the lord for a short labor. I earned it after a 11 hour labor with Jackie Rose. I couldn't have asked for a smoother labor. It was a great day! Jackie, Will and I fell in love with baby Willie! Hope you enjoy the pictures.
